Genpact sucks pain in the ass and more needy than a child. They will eventually take over all of ar with mckesson just like pomeroy is taking over all of support. Mckesson will be a company full of 3rd party, knowledge less work for nothing people. Before they ever cut 1 job they should have cut out all of these upper managers bonuses and cut back on their insane salaries, everything about these layoffs was a lie Christ not one manager brought up the fact this was a direct result of loosing the rite Aid and target contracts god forbid they actually tell people the truth. Great company we work for people.

McKesson managers all use the same corporate catch phrases. Like due diligence, the enterprise, calling the layoffs events. If Genpact is in your BU ... Beware. Take a look at their board... Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. They have more employees than McKesson. They have a presence internationally. Esp in India. If you think your job will never be shipped offshore, think again.
Anyone who believes anything that comes out an Mckesson executives mouth is nothing more than a sucker. All you really have to do is look around. The signs of failure are all there. Increasingly buggy software (Paragon and Horizon), customers bailing in droves, and key, knowledgeable employees disappearing on a regular basis. They've made a huge commitment to off-shoring jobs to India. That's all anyone really needs to know. Once vital development groups have been replaced by call center contractors.
I have a very simple solution for mckesson to make money after an accusition it's very simple. Buy a company that is profitable then here is the amazing part. LEAVE IT ALONE the second mckesson management decides they want to start making changes they drive that business right into the ground then layoff everyone bc they are to blame. Look at medimart look at pss look at Moore medical look at sterling look at national rehab and the list goes on. All these companies were profitable when purchased then bang mckesson starts making changes and destroys them. Then management try to say they had to make some tough decisions to lay people off. Give me break. The old saying works here if it's not broke don't fix it

This along with other social media venues were called out in the meeting as being "ALL speculation" with what's happening inside Mckesson. If it is speculation, then how was I aware of the medimart layoffs before today's meeting, because I read that on here and it was true, even to the number of people laid off. Also, if this is all speculation, I would like to know whats not true on here? I appreciate my job, I appreciate the fact that everyone is wanting to be transparent to the little guys in the cubes. With that being said, why didn't you bring up genpact in the meeting? You had to be asked about it, before divulging information. Why have we been told for years that we are getting a new building, auction off gym equipmemt and tell us we are getting a state of the art fitness facility, employee lounge, new location, expand the kitchen to make more room for employees on break, etc.... The only thing that is beginning to come true is the distribution center is closing. I want to beleive what is being told to us. I want to move forward with a positive mindset that this business and location will thrive and succeed many years from now. I would also like to be transparent when I say, mesta is not THE problem, and we all know this.
