If the trainers really knew how to train.

What are "ARs, DMs, CAPs, WCTs, RONAs, KKR, puke VP, Gavlik, IDT, caps, Bag's mother, RIFs, GINA, Todd, ADAs, and NAU?"
As an ex-faculty at Ai, I follow these posts religiously, but I can't understand any of them!
But Doug Glenn said a monkey could do this job🙈
That's like saying poker is all luck. Is it a coincidence that same players win the majority of the tournaments? No. There's a reason that the same 15-20% of people are consistently the highest producing ARs on the floor. That isn't speaking anything to their questionable ethics which they have in most of those cases. However, maybe they're smart because I promise you they aren't the ones on DMs and CAPs. They're the ones working the system to make sure they get a consistent flow to WCTs. The people who say it's all luck are the people who take RONAs so that they can make sure they have their smoke break at 11 and 4 on the dot.
The truth of the job is that a portion is absolutely luck based. You can teach and train and coach and DM and CAP but if the calls are sh-- you won't do well.
It's not a matter of teaching people to do this job. It's a matter of empowering people to do the "right" things for the student.
The crazy thing is we hire good people and then try to get them to go against their instincts.
I've always said you can't say the right thing to the wrong person and you can't say the wrong thing to the right person.
