Thread regarding McKesson Corp. layoffs

Find me a good Employment Attorney in Boston!

I will sue them and I need to find an attorney in Boston who is not afraid to litigate. I am open for a class action as well – if you want to join, chime in.

I am sick and tired of seeing executives walk away with tens of millions while they terminate us, the folks who are and built this company. We’ve explored all options and now it’s time to go the legal route…

You may have something if you a miscategorized worker and worked overtime. Depends on the state. In CA, it's pretty easy to get. Discrimination is harder to prove.

If you think for one second this will have any impact to executive teams, I suggest you invest in a nice pair of earplugs to prepare you for the uproars of laughter that you are about to encounter from any lawyer. No one will take this case, because you couldn't get this case tried in a food court.

@lqr is right here - you have no chance. They will fight tooth and nail - they do not want to set an example for other to sue

Q: What's the difference between a lawyer and a mosquito?

A: One is a blood-sucking parasite, while the other is an insect.

Dude, you signed an At Will agreement when you hired on... unless you can prove with alot of documentation that you were discriminated against you have a snowball's chance in hell.

Good luck with this... Move on....

OP is just a litigious lazy-ass who, now that he or she sees that the end is near for her/him, wants to bring up every time they felt slited by the company and make a federal case out of it.

If they had been truly discriminated against, then why are they just now talking lawsuit? And don't give me the "because they were here for the company" crap.

They were here to make bank and now that the gravy train is ending they are trying to find a way to extend the ride.
