The new zenith judges instructors solely on their ability to keep students happy, all the while knowing their fate is decided by a student with no experience. Instructor critics are filed back for years and years. Now matter what number you are given it changes upon corporate, some do better and some do worse. There is evidence proven that you can lie and steal from the company and still be on top during a critic. Why would anyone keep critics from CCI? Are we not a new company? He may have a point, but I have never seen a review of me or what my students have expressed. I have always assumed I must be doing okay as I'm still an adjunct. My AD sends out all kinds of crap, but I just ignore it seems to work.
