From inside Boeing, there is already realigning of managers.
Usually, they lay off the lower level work force and place managers in those spots with lower position, but no pay reduction.
Once everything blows over, they pop them right back up the command chain.
I agree with one of the other posters. I have worked with numerous other companies and the management (that they call "leaders", leaders who could not lead a starving dog to a bowl of food) re the worst of the lot.
Not all are bad, but the majority are crap.
The reduction of Boeing executives and management will probably not happen. As usual, they protect their own.
