If you whine, you do not like it at IBM. If you do not like it, you can leave. People whine a lot in the blue but it's still a hell of a lot better than a lot of other companies out there.
Nobody is forcing us to stay at the blue and people REALLY wanted to leave, they would stop complaining and just do it.
