They start today. HR has rooms booked to deliver the news today and tomorrow. Don't know what specific areas but the logical thing would be to get rid of the temps on billing first and condense that area with a potential for outsourcing since they are over a year behind but logic never plays out at MediMart.
The restructure made us very management heavy which is never good. I think we have over 20 leadership staff for 180 people so they probably will get it too.
