Thread regarding State Street Corp. layoffs

BYE EVERYONE - wish I could say its been fun, but I would be lying like the higher ups. Now I don't have to worry every day about getting cut.

Just how to feed, house my family.

I worked at State Street for almost 27 years and lost my job in February 2014. It definitely wasn't easy to find another position and I am still struggling since my current position is a much lower paying job. Best wishes to all who lost their jobs recently. I do know of quite a few former State Street jobs that landed some great jobs and are much happier.

Good luck man, I got cut in 2013, there is life after State Street. I know it does not sound right, but you will be much happier once you leave this company behind.

There is only one solution to this problem. New CEO is needed.

Best wishes to you and the others that have been cut this time. No doubt many good hard working employees -- hard working Americans have been discarded by State Street.

You will pull through with the support of your family and can always keep your head high and sleep at night knowing you worked hard and were a lot committed employee.

Unlike the scum management that continues to reduce expenses to enrich their own pocket books. Disgusting.
