Our leadership in IT Finance is horrible. Look, we have greater than 90% turnover.... How about over 5 different 'managers' in a bit over 2 years shows the style of this group. ALL leaders come across as confused, they are ineffective. Our motivation and morale is really low - I'd probably have to say the lowest in MCK. It's tense, venomous and very worker hostile. I cannot wait to leave.
