Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

Still here

Just curious about the reps that have stayed. What is your input on the new transformation?

I got out just in time (11/2014)! It already was headed south but now it's in a spiral. I feel for anyone left

Now that the RSM job has been reclassified to strictly sales, the exempt overtime rules are being followed. 60-70 hours per week is almost legal now. The length that this Company will go to in abusing employees is staggering. Make sure you are doing face to face selling while you are working those deliveries because of sick calls.

Based off s conference call yesterday, you don't hit budgets then they will find someone who will.

It sucks. On west coast we have about 25-28 stores. Each area is 4-7 cities wide. Some have 1.5 hr drive to and from work. They took away cereal sales and have us lot more work for less money. It's bs.

Find another job as soon as you can it is going to get worse than it is already. The only thing they care about anymore is budgets and the stockholders. If you don't make budgets now you are just going to be a target to being let go anyway.
