The HP One Run needs help they have no idea how to run it. They increased the amount of mangers for my team from 2 to 4. And realigned a bunch of teams to make a big mess. So now instead of reporting to the BUR (Backup and Recovery) Manager like I was doing I know report to the Unix Team Manger. But when I need something or ask something he tells me to go back and talk with the BUR manger. It's crazy they split up the teams at what seams like a lottery drawing. AS400 people are also reporting to the Unix manger as part of the Unix team. Does this make sense to anyone ?
