if your company is bought by this one just start looking for a new place to work. They take things and run them into the ground by putting people in charge that have no clue about what they are doing. it doesn't happen fast it is slow and painful!!
I think this is your answer and with how they are doing the companies they but stay away...if they buy a company you work just quit!
