Many rumors about this, Phase 1 will eliminate many positions, they want to keep minimal number of workers to manage Horizon and Paragon....
Sun setting them both and encouraging customers to seek another vendor..... WOW what happen to our customers but better yet what happen to McK

It will be an unexpected change, even if you think you are "ready"
It is a lot of work "divorcing" from a company.
Be prepared.....save your pennies, if you are given a severance package, many things may be "lost" or "late" and well, HR will be rather busy and may not get back to you immediately.
Sad is okay. You may even feel angry, but remember.....you were with this company for XX number of years.....how can you say they are "bad" now?
Sure it hurts, in many regards, but also remember that fear you felt yesterday ...and for the last how many years? That is instantly gone.
You will be "okay"
