Canada is over-staffed with people doing nothing ...but sitting at their table to pretend their are working hard...waiting for a 8-year or ten-year mark to qualify for a pension....huh??? I would send them on sabbaticals ...forever...or on "contract/personal services" consultants but never call them...cause they are useless...first have them learn English!!! so they can properly communicate...

Canada is very over-staffed for our current activity level. In my opinion we probably will be taking the brunt of it. We had almost no rigs all of last year, Permian now taking the bulk of the budget with Eagle Ford in a distant second. There is little reason to keep us Canadians on.

U.S. Took a lot of blows in 2013, Canada in 2015. Canada still has a much heavier staff.
