Remote work and layoffs

I have worked for McKesson for 10 years... Eight of them as a remote employee. I work 10 -12 hours a day. Are there people who take advantage of being remote? Yes... But they are quickly flushed out as they do not perform or deliver.

Companies make strategic decisions based on numbers nothing else. They want to be profitable. I know I am expendable and if it happens I have my plan B...

As everyone should. The recent round of layoffs were a lot of talented and experienced people it wasn't because they sucked at their job. It was a business decision that had to be made...

need to be let go! They barely work, you see all their facebook checkins at various restaurants and movie theaters!!
