What is the likelihood of Cummins layoffs in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

Cummins have sent a communication to the Daventry leadership team stating redundancies are imminent at Daventry engine plant as they are capping engine output 2016/17.
Orders down at Rocky Mount Midrange engine plant. News of more salaried employee cuts?

Restructuring going on with merger of engine and generation business = duplication. Probably know more in the next few weeks as they start rolling out the re-org. Probably some casualties (as a guess).
