I bet the delay is due to the Letournea Off Shore Products sell to keppel. This deal might not happen due to China disputing the sale.

The Day 1 Welcome Event has been moved to April 5th or 6th "for now, but that could change". Original plan was that the Welcome Event would occur 7-10 days after the official final closing. Can't find anything either about the China delay. No one is talking.

Do we know exactly when"day one" is? Or will we be kept in the dark about this as well? Can't find anything about why China is delaying . Their 30 day review was up on Friday the 4th.
