APC has needed to cut the excess fat for the last 8 years. Departments that could work fine with 4 people, had 10. The extra people did a whole lot of nothing except brown-nose the boss. Hopefully they will learn a lesson and keep the fat trimmed and keep everyone working next time.

Vernal has too many Foreman. Many who got where they are by licking boots are uneducated and will have a hard time finding work after being layed off.
Contractors have been let go in Gillette today.
And believe me there is a lot of FAT!!!
