It is terrible how they keep unqualified people in Director, VP, SVP, and even Executive VP roles. If they would lay-off most of these former Crosstex employees, this company could truly be one of the 100 greatest places to work. But unfortunately it will be bankrupt before that is ever a reality. They have at most 2-3 years left before it is worthless.
