Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Question about Labor act

Korean Labor acts restricts very tightly severance action unless a company is almost bankrupted. So, even if someone is assigned to RA pool or failed in PIP, company can't take fire action because of Labor act.

Do you have to leave company, if company enforces severance/fire ??
