So I was hearing some ssm and gm have gotten a small raise with these recent cuts. Anyone confirm this?

Yes. I confirm raises and some bonus payouts. But the raises are super hush hush. It's a bitter-sweet situation. It's a raise that truly means nothing and feels shameful because we know they're going to cut us out completely soon. We mean nothing. Our decisions mean nothing. The outcome of our decisions (good or bad) means nothing. We can't even hire an associate, at the lowest pay rate in the industry, without corporate approval. We can't look an associate or customer in the eyes, without feeling shame, selling them what we are being told to sell them on a daily basis. Our lives are shameful everyday, all day.
