I came back from maternity leave Monday after not working for several months to finding out Wednesday I have 90 days to find a new job or I'm out. Not a great way to welcome me back after having a baby.

They have no clue about you or your baby, there is s spreadsheet with your ID on it floating somewhere, and a table that's sorted in a certain, it' just happened that your number landed on the wrong side of the to-be-laid-off line
