I love how they're pushing out these ridiculous ads about bypassing your IT department to bring your computer to Staples, and now they're taking away a full-time tech from the highest performing EasyTech stores. This company has no f---ing idea what the hell it's doing.

Not disagreeing here, I find it stupid too,
They are seriously overestimating Matrix ability to get tech jobs done on time and correctly. The NDG marketing combined with payroll cuts sets stores up to fail.
Stop screwing with the stores. There is a point when "do more with less" simply does not work anymore.
