I have probably left about $45,000 on the table in the last 5 years when my store hit all our goals and Staples screwed stores over on bonuses due to EPS. At least I got my 5 extra personal days out of it!

EPS is one of Ron's main responsibilities, and he has failed the last 5 years. Not only does he still have his job, but has been consistently rewarded for FAILURE!

Well there have been years when business units killed it and for shit and Canada got paid. So no sympathy there. The stores who produce and get screwed is not right. Walmart pays out based on store and area and pays out within 4 weeks of the fiscal end of year. Say what u want about them but they do it right

Ron is probably getting a bonus. Canada corporate office employees reporting to US VPs like Finance, HR, IS are getting screwed over and getting the US corporate payout of 33% while counterparts in Canada with reporting to Canada VPs are getting 100% payout. We don't even do work for the US, we support Canada. US corporate office is full of brainless zombies who trim fat from an already lean structure in Canada when they should be trimming the fat in US G&A where there's 10 people doing a 1 person job.
