You do not have a voice in the company - ZERO ZILCH NADA. Management is so bad, and communication is so poor, we had 5 employees leave our store in less than four weeks... Pay is as close to the minimum as possible.
Hear me out - I have been working at this dump for almost three years and I only got a 50 cent raise during that time - this is frank and serious and 100% accurate: FIFTY CENTS BRO. They make you feel small, stupid and unappreciated.
I started working there in August of 2015 hoping it would be something I like because I've associated myself with sports my whole life....Yeah thought wrong.. communication was horrible and that's the major key in a company. And never really gave me the hours or time I requested to work. Never made it past 25 hrs a week..
We started to receive transfer from two stores that are closing down. With no hours and just you and yourself you have to get it done. It's just crazy how it started before they filed for bankruptcy.....
Time to move on buddy, sounds you've had it - do not stress out and move on
