The whole sector is being commoditized - when you started 30 years ago IBM was THE PRIME COMPANY - not any more, now all what they do is making sure they milk as much revenue as they can (from the existing customer base) - all that Michael Rhodin hoopla and the Watson initiative is just smoke and mirrors for the investors. Ginni & Co. are primarily interested in extending their tenure as long as possible as they extract company profits on a quarterly basis.
Did they change the FHA eligibility terms? It was 55 years of age and 15 years of service as of last year anyway.
