I should have had a clue when my MGR did not even give me a call on my 20 year anniversary at IBM. It is a shame that a once great company is joke to young people ..Ginny has created no future for IBM..with over 68% of the work force retirement ready they should all get out now while they can ..Than we will really see the stock move!!!

Life after IBM is just fine, you'll be ok. I am sad it took me 20 years to figure that out.
I would advise anyone to leave IBM. You reward the CEO and not the workers. Never made sense to me. I know the company had to change over the last 25 years but they didn't keep any of the founding principles that made IBM great. There are jobs on the outside!
