I've been with Heritage for over 7 years. It's so upsetting to watch this school in a downward spiral. This new management team does not communicate. They just roll things out and don't really explain anything. Academics has gotten worse than ever. No thought into any of these decisions.

This place will be closing their doors and not tell their employees anything! They hired crooked people from other schools what did they expect? It's about money and lying about numbers. They will lie and steal to make themselves look better. They will do things that are unethical and steal from students and the Feds . Sad heritage used to be a very fun ethical place to work. Way to go you killed a good school and many others career. Hope they can sleep at night.
I was hoping for a turn around. But when the leads stopped coming in, I knew this was it. Who is handling Marketing? It was better with the old guy.

Typical corporate bureaucracy. People here are dropping like flies whether they are fired or leave because they are fed up.
