My wife just got RA'd after over 17 years of stellar service and immediately following a change in severance policy that dramatically reduced severance. It's lawyer time.

Why are customers still buying bug infested software? It directly affects YOUR BOTTOM LINE Mr. Customer! Cheap overseas labor means they can try and fix it again and again and again.
Saved a few bucks but blew another deadline? Not surprised.
I got RA's today as well. The bad new is that the severance is now just 1 month's salary. 6 months medical (or 12 months if you have > 25 years of service).
May 31st is my last day.
