Manager said it was a resource allocation decision, not a performance issue. 90 days until termination, with 1 month severance pay.

You have 3 months of severance, not 4 months. After May 31 you don't get paid
So essentially you have 4 months severance since I can't imagine anyone doing much work over those 90 days besides looking for a job. Have they put any clause in there to train you offshore monkey? Also be aware your manager is the one who submitted your name and is only looking out for his/herself.
