There is a lot of growth and things continue to grow for CRH on all sides - structural concrete is really good and clay products as well. One of our strengths are insulation products, that segment is outstanding right now - good for the company and bad for competition

That is not correct. CRH and its operating companies have executed lay offs in FY20. Employees and leaders at all levels were let go, without warning.
