It's sad when management is so worried about writing you up and treating you like crap. Not expecting rear end kissing but this is ridiculous. We have only three people in the evenings that includes 2 cashiers and one person to run the floor. Corporate yells because freight isn't out but they don't care. The loss prevention director has the balls to say that he saved the company over 50 million dollars for loss prevention. Eddie the idiot doesn't realize that 50 million didn't just appear,it from the stuff that is sent backto the return goods center that has been in place for years which no one knew where that department was under. I'm glad to see corporate got a hit this time because most of them are a waste just to send an email saying you should be doing this and that when the have no clue as to what the store needs. Cutting half the lights off and practically no heat is really classy if you ask me. To my fellow shc members, GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. These a--holes do not care about you and as for the working at Kmart is fun, I call bull shit. They have their heads so far up each other's assessment it's not funny.
