Is the rumor that some sued Marathin, rather than signing the severance papers, true? This seems to be a risky strategy, Putting the severance on the line, on the chance of getting more. Has anyone heard of lawsuits being filed? Anyone have any details?

Sure - get your $$$s ready and sue. And you better have $$$s because Marahon's HR department has the backing of documentation and their corporate lawyers.
I'm sure even if they won something they would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement.. You wouldn't see anyone posting about it here..
Appears they think they can do better fighting, rather than taking the offer. Seems awfully risky to me.
What are they trying to get by lawsuit?
