I have (I think) 4 PC holidays and 3.75 unused vacation days and I want to know if I should/can use them and/or will be reimbursed for unused of either.

@hcp is correct, unused PC holidays will not be paid out upon you leaving the company
I assume you are leaving the company. If so, unused vacation will be paid, unused PC holidays will not. Use your PC holidays before you leave.
