Zenith had the inside information from the DOE on a year ago. That is the reason they have working on having all the schools accredited by ACCSC. A number of the schools were accredited by ACCSC when they were still under CCi. I wonder how many of the for-profits got the same heads up that Zenith got? Of course the co-owner of Zenith Education Group, (The Department of Education) is helping with the change in accreditation.
There is more than one agency for accreditation. Uncle Dave can just pick and choose the next best one for his new company, Zenith. If that doesn't work, then the government (Congress and its hacks) can invent a new one for Uncle Dave. When you're on the gravy train with big banking and the government, many things become possible.
