got it. Took three weeks to notify Blue Cross that it was paid. They are no help and we can't make dr appts until Blue Cross is notified.

I was laid off in December just letting people know to keep their paperwork together
The insurance lasts until end of April so why would anyone need Cobra yet. Everyone was an employee until April 18th.
BCBS takes at least a month to get their records straight. You have entered the group of feeling like you got thrown under the bus.
Who ever posted that a cancelled check should work as proof of payment, doesn't know squat about insurance under the ACA.
Drs office won't accept cashed check its up to taben to contact blue cross and they aren't helpful
