Again, if you want to post your opinion about someone, that's perfectly legal, no matter if your opinion is factual or viewed as favorable or unfavorable.

That might explain the threats of defamation. This is all part of the "culture of silence" in for-profit education. Students and workers silenced by fear: fear of talking about a school they attended or where they worked (making themselves look stupid), fear of losing their jobs and other acts of retaliation.
