Lot of jobs are moving to low cost centers like India. Shell is fooling its people by saying that PT2020 is not a cost cutting plan. By 2020 P&T and Upstream will be very much cleaned up and most good people will be gone except sh-- headed corrupt team leads and managers. Shell management never does anything about the bad leads or managers. No one quits job in downturn. People don't leave the company, they leave sick managers.
only P&T and upstream folks are invited. Trading, Manufacturing and retail still need the people so those people are not eligible,
