Thread regarding IBM layoffs

I went through this with a different employer, it was very easy and all was done online, this was in 2010. I had to log in every week or so to list if I was looking for job and where I applied. EDD gave me a Bank of America debit card, the money was deposited there directly. I could not connect the card to my checking account for online transfers, so I had to go to a branch to make a withdrawal. I hope this helps.

My last company had instructions on this in the packet. You can fill the forms out online, do a phone interview to verify it, and get the checks rolling shortly afterward.
