Thank god that they removed all of the executives, senior leaders, RVPs and CPs. So tired of having people expect me to do my job, ask for more and expect me to earn my salary. Who did these people think they are. You do not need operational people involved. We will run this like a community college. Community colleges are doing great today. They are financially unstable and have dried up all the state funding, but what is there to worry about. So we lost close to $200m last year, not a big deal. We will just run ECMC dry of funds. The good news, with all of the executives and field operations folks gone we will make this happen. They were the problem and the evil doers. Life is good. Student population continues to decline, consolidation are not helping and campuses have few resources remaining to engage students. Also, there is no training or on-boarding for current or new employees. We will figure it out later, life is good.
