With the auto industry at a 7+ year high sales record, there should be no reason that this once #1 rated "dealer servicer" isn't riding on the wave. Look what happens when you take the good long term employees out of the picture, and replace them with offshore, and short term people who do not care about customer service. This is a picture perfect example of a successful American company that got greedy for the few upper management good ol boys. Crash.

The layoffs do not surprise me. CDK lost all hopes of success once the split from ADP allowed management to run with reckless abandon. Where did all the money go?
