All of the angry little imps love to post how bad leadership is. Here is a dose of reality for you, you are the by product of a failed organization. You are the reason failure existed and still does. You are responsible for inspiring, training and placing students. You either execute the behaviors or you do not. Yes, there are some good employees, but for the most part the culture is over run with entitled, non-productive, non-engaged self serving pricks that only execute the cashing of a check. You are the ones that violated PIR, you are the ones that did not train, you are the ones thst did not place and failed students. Most of you work about 30 percent of the day. So shut up about the leadership and show some responsibilty for your lack of execution you sorry sacks of sh--. Nothing will change, nor will failure cease, until the employee base is turned over.
