Unpaid Overtime Hours

They still owe us for all the illegal unpaid overtime hours we worked and never received compensation for during Piecerate Pay

Actually, this has the potential for a very good wage and hour claim in federal court for every former and current Vivint installer that worked over forty hours a week but never got paid time and a half. I've litigated multi state multimillion fiat wage claims across the country and am currently building a case against Vivint nationwide. If you worked over forty hours per week while working for them and did not receive overtime pay, regardless of whether you were paid piece rate, salary or per day, call me at (616) 257-6807 or email me at ralvarez@avantilaw.com.

There are already numerous lawsuits against VSLR. HR is even aware of the illegal unpaid hours.

Thousand Oaks was the only smart office to go against the company they got paid and some are still employed.

The rest of us that haven't gotten paid for Piecerate overtime hours need to find together. Currently employed or not. They still owe us !

That is a simple lawsuit. The punitive damages will pay out well. There is a daily fine for backpay.

Document everything & call an employment law attorney.

They will probably refer you to department of workforce services to file a claim.

Then management must appear in court to dispute the wage claim, no matter how big it is.

If they no show there is a judgement.

It will cost you nothing. If they fire you its retaliation and a bigger lawsuit.
