Getting more money and leaving the D**Kweed Todd Ferguson behind. How can it be wrong?

Ain't that the truth. Ferguson runs another out the door. Hasn't he had a complete turnover of all his security staff over the past couple years. So many good people, but Sr Management STILL hasn't figured it out. Security was by far the worst area according to the associate insight survey. I don't know of a single area they reflected positively, and certainly not in the leadership category. It really doesn't say much for Bella's leadership skills either. Let a poor manager run an entire department into the ground. Human Resources is just as much at fault for letting this happen and not listening to the people, the surveys, the managers. Promoting Ferg to a VP when he's nothing more than an over-rated, over-priced network guy. Didn't he fail and step down from a leadership position previously? YES!!! Has he spent over a million dollars on a product that still doesn't function to this day? YES!!! But, he does get free vacations and boating adventures from RSA and probably includes Zolper in all the adventures to keep it hush hush. I never heard of another manager getting an all expense paid fishing trip in a 5-star hotel on Boca Grande.
