Many small companies dont respond to BV check enquiries.

research by KPMG 6 years ago found that the HR department of IT companies are most currupt.

money for hiring.(It has been sucessfully covered up by throwing bait of BV check contracts)

Money for ratings. no transparency in performance evaluation

money and sxual favours for promotion.

regionalism, casteism, polarization are some of the listed vices affecting the HR and RMG(PDAC) of most of IT companies in India.

so dont feel bad if u are thrown out of compnay , u may be really good and deserve a better place.

This is to kick-out / layoff employees who have been identified and the reason for layoff would be background check fail. Another new tactics by leadership & HR to layoff people with valid reasons. They want to kick out honest people who are not asslicking the bosses and do work to get the project delivered. All the top management needs chatu people around and other people will be kicked out some or the other way.

if company demanding records and proof of exp that is more than 7 years old u need give.

As per rules there is non need to preserve details that are more than 5 years old.

for BGV People who working for more than 5 years and who not able to produce bank statement salary slips as they have worked in small time consultancy companies , just declare the same as cash payment and dont try to cook up documents. like exp letter bank statement or salary slip.

Many small companies change their name address and identities every few years to cover their tax tracks.

since the company evaluated u for more than 5 years that is proof that u worked as per the exp u claimed while joining

For example during last year layoff employee transferred without intimation and given relieving letter on syntl pvt ltd letter head.

KPMG carries out employee BGV for many companies.

They take big money from the company and then provide our personal information to all sorts of small time agencies who do ground level checks for very low rates and then misuse and sell our personal information. (KPMG claims it take non disclosure agreement but it is useless)

BGV is big business for KPMG.
