Apple Corporate is laying off HR roles in Japan and Singapore in response to falling sales globally. Last-in first-out is the word in the halls and there is a hiring freeze and HC review underway in many business segments.

All contract recruiters let go in US. Some permanent ones as well.
is there any expected date when apple will lift hiring freeze? I'm expecting offer from them..
