It is a well known fact you must completely agree with Dickie or you will be the next one gone. Many PM's over the years have just been dismissed and nothing was said. Any PM left is a brown nosier deluxe. He (Dickey) needs constant reassurance that his way is the right way. Keep your opinion to yourself or you'll be moving on. He is not a team player, but pretends very well to be one. Fine group of yes men. He is another example of the wonderful (awful) leadership at Devon.
