Management is corrupt. You are safe if you are related to someone or are have close ties to the management.
They only keep inadequate "family" members (they may not have the same name or bloodlines, but we all know those who have the brown circles around their lips
There was never or has there ever been any race discrimination at Gill Services. The person or persons of interest were both let go because they were inadequate at doing their jobs. Both cases were thoroughly investigated and found to be completely false accusations. So before you start dogging the company I work for how bout getting the facts straight.
