This group has done nothing and is a waste of company money. The benefits realization process is such a joke and an attempt to justify their existence. This group should disappear before the end of Q2.

Project Execution is one of the few groups that hasnt lost an enormous amount of money this year. Do you look at monthly financials at all? Actually, money has been saved across the Business because of the group.
Past month we have lowered company debt through our benefit realization initiative. We have shown that we can still optimize business processes and save lots of money across the business units. We have allowed the company to continue to pay our shareholders dividends due to our 1q operating model guidance.
