I started in 1973 and retired in 2009...
I was hourly and I met a lot of good people. It's a pity to see such a great company change and do not take good care of workers. Times have changed.
Layoffs will continue until Boeing realizes that job cuts only hurt morale and you lose your best people either because they have been laid off or because the good ones leave due to uncertainty that layoffs bring.
